Dr. Seibell attended Monmouth University and received his M.D. degree from Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. He completed psychiatry residency at Mount Sinai, where he obtained specialized training in the pharmacological and cognitive-behavioral treatment of OCD and related conditions. He was then an attending at Mount Sinai and then at Cornell, where he developed an outpatient program for OCD and related conditions. Dr. Seibell graduated from the IOCDF's Behavior Therapy Training Institute in 2013. In 2014, he joined the staff of Rogers Behavioral Health, where he provided specialized treatment in partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient settings for OCD, related conditions, and anxiety disorders. In December 2015, Dr. Seibell founded OCD and Anxiety Psychiatry of Westchester, P.C., where he provides private practice treatment for these same conditions. He regularly presents on OCD and related conditions at national conferences and has published an OCD treatment manual through the British Medical Journal Group.
