1) Intro.: Josh's welcome. 2) Discussion: Open discussion on pre-chosen topic, managing schoolwork. Each person has a chance to share on this topic. 3) GOAL Planning: This is the heart of the GOAL group. We break into small groups and each member is encouraged to choose a specific goal for the future. The purpose is to help formulate constructive behaviors that will ultimately reduce symptoms. Though everyone is urged to choose a goal, the choice is voluntary. 4) Socializing: a chance to socialize and speak individually with Josh about issues that were not addressed during the meeting.
