Trapped in your Mind? Practice Techniques to Help!

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

It is well known that the best treatment for OCD is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)/Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP). The goal of this workshop is to learn different techniques to confront anxiety, including mindfulness, breathing techniques, and relaxation techniques. Come prepared to practice with us!
