Do you know how workplace disability works: from Family and Medical Leave Act to Short Term and Long Term Disability? What are the protections and/or ramifications of disclosing OCD at work? This interactive presentation covers the basis of OCD in the workplace from people who have both navigated OCD at work, and consulted with companies on health and disability income insurance.The workshop will include activities to help the participants develop plans to better manage OCD at work as well as to consider the pros and cons of self-disclosure. Overall, this workshop will guide participants in effectively navigating their careers while anticipating and adapting to challenges they may encounter.
