The Hero's Journey (and YOU are the Hero!): The Healing Power of Telling Your Story

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Everyone loves a good story, and storytelling can be a powerfully transformative experience for both listener and teller. Join 4 storytellers who have OCD for this engaging workshop about the healing power for you and others of owning your story. You'll learn criteria for determining if you'd like to share your OCD story and how to find the right audience (which could be an audience of 1!). We'll delve into the concept of the hero's journey, and you'll use it to craft the outline of your own story. And if you'd like, you'll have the opportunity to share your story with fellow participants.
