Kicking OCD Monsters Off the Bus

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Driving a bus full of OCD monsters is a tough job, especially when they play pranks along the way to keep you from reaching your destination. Fortunately, with a road map in hand, you'll identify the obstacles to expect on this journey. Despite feeling nervous, you'll learn to take the driver's seat and kick these unwelcomed monsters off the bus.

Learning Objectives:

1) Participants will draw a road map of the ideal place they would like to drive to where OCD doesn't exist.
2) Participants will identify the unwelcomed OCD Monsters on their bus, and how these monsters get in the way of reaching their ideal place.

3) Participants will share their road map with group members, and practice strategies to keep driving the bus when the OCD Monsters get loud.
