Jacques was initially diagnosed with OCD at age 20. His symptoms then developed into a more severe case centered around mental rituals. Neil has been suffering with OCD since he was born, his very first episode was from age 5 until around age 12. He had a fear of storms and medical OCD in which he checked his body several hundred times a day for signs of death.
